When you send a request or message us, you may share your name, phone, email, property address or details, and a description of the work. Sharing it is your choice, and we only ask for what we need to help.
How your request reaches us
Requests are delivered to the business through Telegram, a third-party messaging app, so Ivan sees them quickly and can get back to you. Telegram handles that message under its own terms.
We use your details to respond, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and keep normal job records.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything other than serving you. We keep it only as long as we need it for your job and our records, and you can ask us what we hold or ask us to delete it.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no website or message can be guaranteed completely secure. This site is not directed to children.
Your choices
We are a small local business and are not subject to the large state privacy laws such as California's CCPA, but we are glad to honor a reasonable request about your information. Just reach out through our Contact page or the number on this site.
