Service Limitations

What we handle

BETEP performs interior and exterior home repair work including drywall and ceiling restoration after leaks, doors and locks, interior painting and trim, exterior and pressure washing, and small-job punch lists.

Every job is inspected and priced before work begins, and the confirmed price is provided in writing on site.

What we refer out

We do not perform licensed plumbing or electrical work, structural framing replacement, mold remediation, roof access work, or lead-paint abatement. When a job requires any of these, we will tell you and refer you to an appropriate licensed specialist.

If we uncover hidden damage after opening up a surface, we stop and discuss it with you before expanding the scope or the price.

Scheduling and response

We prioritize active water and security emergencies, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time. We provide an honest window and communicate promptly if it changes.

Service availability depends on your location within our defined service zones.
