Prices shown on this site are illustrative and shown as 'starting at' figures. The binding price for your job is the one confirmed in writing on site before work begins.
Materials are billed separately from any service-call minimum unless stated otherwise.
Scope changes
If additional or hidden damage is discovered during work, we will pause and obtain your approval before continuing. You are only charged for approved work.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Established businesses and property managers may arrange invoicing with terms.
