A focused set of things we do well

We don't claim to do everything. We do a handful of repairs at a high standard, led by the work most contractors won't return your call for: restoring walls and ceilings after a leak.

Honest about what we don't do. We refer out plumbing, electrical, and gas work, window replacement, demolition, structural framing, mold remediation, and roof access. If a job needs a specialist, we tell you and point you to the right one. Read our service limitations.
How the visit works

What a service call actually includes

No mystery minimums. Here's exactly how the first visit is structured and billed.

Covers the first hour on site

The service call includes up to the first hour of work once we're there, inspection and small fixes often fit inside it.

Materials are separate

Parts and materials aren't included in the visit minimum. We tell you what's needed before we buy anything.

Credited toward the work

If the job continues past the first hour, the service call is credited toward the total, you're not paying twice.

We stop and call before expanding

If we open something up and find more damage, we stop and call you before growing the scope or the price.

Our process

Inspect, diagnose, fix, verify

The same predictable process on every job, whether it's a single door or a full ceiling restoration.

Inspect

We look at the actual problem, not a photo guess. Moisture, movement, what's behind the surface.

Diagnose

We explain what's going on in plain English and give you the price before any work starts.

Fix

We do the work cleanly and protect your space. If we find hidden damage, we stop and call first.

Verify

We check the result with you, clean up, and make sure it's right before we leave.

Tell us what happened. We'll tell you the price before we start.

Call, text photos, or send a request. You'll hear back from a real person, not a call center.
